Shipping & Processing times

Handling Times

We ship every Monday or Wednesday. We will do our best to process your orders as quickly as possible but please allow us at least one to two weeks to process and ship your orders. 

Orders including preorder items will not ship until all pre order items become available. If you ordered a pre order item, check the item description for approximate shipping dates. 

Shipping Times​

This shop ships out from Orange County, California, USA.
​All domestic USA orders should take around 1-5 days to deliver and reach their destination. 

All international orders should take approximately 7-24 days to deliver and reach their destination. Please keep in mind that as soon as we ship your order we are no longer in control of the shipment and any shipping times are in control of your local postal service. 


As soon as your package hits the mailing stream, we are no longer responsible for any lost packages. If you believe your package is lost, please confirm your original shipping address if it is correct before contacting us. While we are more than willing to compensate you in any way for the lost item(s), this doesn't mean that a full refund of your order is guaranteed. We apologize if this may inconvenience you in any way. Please understand that making a purchase, you are accepting any risk that may occur due to mistakes or mishaps made by the postal service.

Shipping Methods

This shop uses USPS to ship out all orders and uses Shipstation to fulfill postage and stamps. Domestic USA orders by default do not come with online tracking, however arrangements can be made to provide you with a tracking number. All international orders come with a tracking number. If your notification email fails to contain a link to your tracking number please feel free to contact us so that we can provide you with one. 

Return & Exchange Policy

Unfortunately we DO NOT accept returns or exchanges for any of our products. 

In the case of damaged goods, please contact us via our contact form with your order number and images of the damaged product. In most cases your product will be replaced and shipped with a new product free of charge, however a replacement is not guaranteed and a full refund will not be offered. 


If the item in question is currently out of stock, we will not be able to replace your item until the product is back in stock. If the item in question is a discontinued item, we will not be able to replace your item at all.
